A small editorial project that reads public financial registers and publishes what they say.
Our activities
We read the official registers of financial regulators, hold what they say, and show it against the date we read it. Every page names its sources and links to them.
What we refrain from
We are not a regulatory agency, we provide no investment counsel, and we publish no scores or rankings. We do not decide who is a fraud — we simply report what the registers record and what they miss.
Where we can be wrong
A register can be read late, parsed wrongly, or matched to the wrong company — a register holds legal entities while a visitor searches for a brand. Where we are unsure, the page says so instead of guessing.
How we are funded
A single link on this site is sponsored and is marked as an advertisement wherever it shows up. It has no impact on what a register page says: the entries, dates, and wording are all sourced from the registers, not from the sponsor.
